Coral Identification!?!?

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what kind of coral this is....

Can anyone help?

It's hard to tell at that distance. Maybe a GSP mat rock with only minor polyp extension (only tube bases, not completely open)?

Could be pipe organ, partially open torch or something else. For a positive ID we'll need a close pic to see polyps.

i vote pipe organ, looks exac. like all others, either dead or retracted.
