Coral ID

[Iamonlyme]

I received this coral from a local friend who received it during a frag swap it was said to be a "horn" coral but I am unable to find much info
What I do know
Very aggressive damaged one of my chalice plates
Very fast grower
Thrives in high or low light
Not picky about water movement either

Any info would be great

Hmm, yeah it was hard to tell with that picture. It's obviously been fragged so I'm guessing it might be a piece of a tongue coral. I'm not sure. They can have some pretty strange shapes at times.

It depends on what it is exactly. I think it's a Hynophora, (sps) while Mike thinks it's a Tounge coral. (LPS) Sending out long sweeper tentacles and damaging nearby corals definitely sounds more like a Hynophora than a Tounge coral IMO. These things are notorious for this.
