Coral ID - Help

I have (2) pictures that are of the same coral. We ordered a Chili Coral (Nephthyigorgia sp) but it seems to look more like a Strawberry Carnation (Dendronephthya) when I looked at E Borneman's Corals book. The first pic was taken when we initally put it in the tank and the second one is after we moved it to a less lighted area. Depending on species - does any one know if this is a "nite-bloomer" as in it fully extends prior to actinic/mh coming on - we noticed it fully upright this am before the lights came on & it was about 6" tall. Any opinions are always welcome!

Please disregard the sand on the coral - Digger was hard at work today!

looks like a chili to me. does it extend yellow-white polyps a few hours after lights go out? it should also expand its size to at least double its daylight size.
