I know rinsing equipment is good enough but is there a bettew way to clean nets, tongs, droppers canisters ect.... Can you do it in a dish washer???

No, just rinse them off under running water thats all that needs to be done

I wouldnt recommend it, dishwashers arent really designed to "Clean" they use soap and spray water. Their primary purpos is to sterilize. And they tend to develope soap residue's which can come off. No harm done to dishes, but yo udont want that on your marine equipment. I just clean that sora stuff in the bathtub, then rinse in RO/DI water.

I really need to get that RO pump seems like that is the best method to handle all things fish.

if you are planing to maintain marine aquariums for long, yea, a good RO/DI unit will be worth its weight in gold.
