Cleaner Shrimp Ick?

Hello, i've only been in the hobby since thanksgiving of last year so this could be a beginner question. But i was wondering if cleaner shrimp could get ick. because my cleaner shrimp has an assortment of white dots around its body and they do not look symmetrical on each side. Please help and i would certainly appreciate it. Thanks.

I notice mine get "stuff" stuck to them from time to time, I think its light peices of sand or detrius. Not real sure though..... again pics would help.

Just keep an eye on the "spots" and see if they are gone or are spreading. My best guess is they have "particals" from the tank/water temporarily stuck to them.

Can cleaner shrimp get rid of ich?

No they can not get ich. And no they can not get rid of ich. THEY CAN however, help eat the dead skin-scales around wounds in which will help relieve some discomfort for the fish. :-D
