Chemiclean and skimmer

I did 4 days of chemi clean with great success, and fixed the problem it was coming from. The only problem is I have done 20 gallons of water change and the skimmer is still going nuts. I was planning on letting the skimmer just do it's thing, the only problem is the massive amount of microbubbles in the tabk now.

Problem or should it be fine

If you are taking about the RSM 250 stock skimmer:
All I can tell you is I can relate to your issue with it. I've never done Chemi-Clean but gluing & using putty on more frags in one day caused mine to go NUTS for a full day. The WC the next day calmed it down & by day 3 the micro-bubbles were gone. I don't know if all skimmer do that but I know it's to be expected with the RSM 250 stock skimmer. IMO: If it's not back to normal (except for bubbles) soon, You may need to do ANOTHER WC.
I'd think 20gal WC would have been plenty to stop the skimmer from running water through
