Yes the hydor flo and yes it is a six line wrasse.

Maybe I will try one, I put a piece of lock line with a flange end, pointed slightly up, have nice surface current and decent current through out but could be a bit more random I think.

very nice! I just noticed your tank was built opposite of mine my overflow is on the right and return on the left.,weird I wonder why? Cant see it making a diff.
