HI All
I was cleaning out my tank the other day and had to remove one of the rocks to clear some gunk off of it Which I have spoken about before.
I noticed A little bug fall out of the rock move along and crawl back in.
The Best way to descrbe it was Its Black With lots of legs amost like a millipead but only about 1cm in length.
I havent seen it since but whilst trying to spot it last night I also so a worm/Snake like creature slihering along the rocks Which was about 1inch in lenth Silver and had A smakk Stripe running down its back.
I cant take pictures as my camera wont allow me to zoom in close enough.
But if anyone can Identifiey this criters and tell me are they safe I would Be Most Greatfull.
Thanks All And Keep Up The Good Work.

It's hard to say without a picture my Anglican friend, but it sounds like a bristle worm. All the "legs" you describe could be setae (hairs) that cover the worm making it distasteful to eat. Although there are some critters that will eat them. They are nocturnal and fed at night, eating detritus and left over pieces of food. They are good for the tank for the most part.
