Booster Pump Issues

I took my my rodi unit down to the basement and tried to turn on the booster pump with the rodi unit but it didnt do anything. All I hear is a lower rumble from it but the unit was recieving any of the water, I checked all of the switches and valves and everything is good. Anybody know what could be wrong. I do get waste water though.

might need to bleed it, maybe an air lock?

I feel pretty stupid but I figured it out the solenoid was plug into anything, so its up and running.

lol, thats why certain body parts are located where our hand end up and heads attached to shoulders, found myself with sunglasses on my head and wearing another pair while driving today, its good I knew they were there, just saying
