black stringy stuff coming from one group of zoos centers

Just noticed some black stringy stuff coming from a small colony of zoos (see pic. Also pic has been lightend to show stringy stuff) they have been fine all other zoanthid colonies and all other coral in the tank seem fine. Any ideas or has anyone seen this before.

One other thing yesterday I did do a normal bi-weekly 10% water change and at the same time I did do some xenia cutting (the fragging was done outside the tank but 10-12 frags were placed back in the tank.
Specs:
20 gallon
RO water
220 PC lighting
SG 1.024
Nitrate 0.05
Amonia 0
CA around 400
Dose Reef Complete once a week

If thats it, I've never seen it before.
Would it be normal for most of the colony to relieve themselves at the same time?

It's actually releasing gametes or in other words releasing eggs
