Biocube lighting

I am tired of these pc lights and want something better and less expensive bulb change(85+) per change 2 times a year! I have heard that LEDs can cause a tank crash so I'm a little nervous about those. I would like sps and a clam. If I cannot find anything I my make it into a planted marine tank. I need a lot of help!

I never heard of that happening. I had a tank crash that had mh lighting. It wasn't the lights fault but someone over dosed my tank while I was on vacation.I just ordered my light setup from rapidled. There of plenty of sites that carry products for a bc 14. Mine is a retro kit for a bc29 that goes in my hood.

I went with LEDs in my biocube and love it. I have had them running nearly 2weeks now and my coral loves it. Just make sure that you get a dimmable set that way you can slowly raise the light level and not bleach out or kill any corals that you currently have.

My maxi mini didn't like the change the first few days and stayed quite small but now she is opening up huge
