BIO Pellets and Cycle Question

So just a Quick Question and understanding, rather than the 'Do's and Don't's'. If I do an Ammonia Cycle with 10% Ammonia, on a 110 Gallon Tank, with BIO Pellets present from the start of the Cycle, would you expect to see Nitrate Spike in the Cycle ? Given that the BIO Pellets would likely deal with the Nitrates that come in, and therefore, is that away to avoid a significant water change once the Cycle is over ?

I guess the obvious answer is, try it and see (which I could actually do), would appreciate anyones experiences with this, again, I completely understand the 'divisive' views on Bio-Pellets vs Other Carbon Dosing (NoPox, Vodka, Vinegar etc...) Regimes, but am just looking to see if anyone out there has any practical experience of this. Thanks

Yes, you should still see all the usual spikes in ammonia and nitrite plus a rise in nitrate.

Things like bio pellets and other similar methods need time to set up their bacteria processes too.
