Big Als is good... shipping is a little slow at time and there is really no customer service. Now the prices cant really be beat. Actually I order my salt from them and I just got a shipment yesterday that I ordered Tuesday of last week, so 1 week exactly.

they have a wide range of FW and SW products and as far as I can tell they will beat anyone elses prices.

never ordered from the other one... sorry.

ereeftank.com , I found out the hard way, also is slow with shipping and no customer service. I ordered a pump 2 wks ago and still have not received a tracking # or the package. I call the 800 # and I have to leave a voice mail and it says that someone will contact me in 24 hrs. either by mail or phone and that was 48 hrs. ago and still nothing. Do yourselves a favor and do not buy from them.
