Best skimmer and LED upgrades for RSM 250 ?

Hi, could anyone suggest best skimmer upgrade (I am thinking of deltec MC500)
Best led light upgrade ? (Needs to fit in hood) have looked at StevesLEDs
While I am at it solutions for noisy and rattling fans!! Would need to be fairly easy to install, I am NOT electrically gifted!!!!

I am in Ireland btw not all US suppliers ship and customs charges make some US stuff ridiculously expensive to me
Even some discussion threads to look at, maybe?
Have I got my upgrades in the correct order as in the ones people generally do first ?

I just installed the StevesLED and they look great and the install was easy nice retrofit for my RSM130D. As for skimmer I use the Tunze which I know a lot of the folks on here use. Good Luck
