Basic ricordea questions

Today at my LFS I was given a rock with 4 white and pink ricordeas. In the store a week ago, they looked great, but today they looked small but still had color. The owner thought they were dying so he just gave them to me. These are my first ricordeas and I'm not sure where to place them in my tank. I have t-5 HO lights. Should I place them near the bottom in direct light, or under in-direct light, or towards the top of the tank. The LFS had them near the top of a 125 gallon tank with two 250 watt halides. I have a disc coral, maze brain coral, clam, and a montipora on the sand and they are doing great. Should I place the ricordeas there as well? Last, do they like high or low current flow?

place them in the middle half way up. They are probally just adjusting form the halides to your tank. give them time and give us pictures :)
