baby snails(pics).I might need an ID. They came from only one adult snail.

What kind of snail do you think this is?

How is this possible? Do these snails have both sexes?
I bought five snails that my lfs called margarita snails. I bought those snails over a year ago. We have only one now it has been the only snail in my 24 gallon for 7 or 8 months. We haven't added any new rocks durring that time. If anything we were just taking things out of the tank.
I think this one is a nerite nail but some one on RC thinks its a collonista snail. It could be a collonista snail but I can't really tell because the adult snails shell is covered in coraline. um..does anyone know what a baby margarita snail looks like?

What do you all on RS think? regardless..pretty cool I have free snails.

I vote collinista.
A type that has the common name "mini turbo".
Totally reef safe and they reproduce very easily in the reef tank.
Get to about maybe 1/4" max size.
Enjoy. I have a zillion of them that come out at night.
Freaking awesome janitors.

Yes, I counted. 1 zillion and 3 of them. lol

Do yours only come out at night?
Mine are out durring the day.
This is what the adult looked like before it was covered in coraline.

Oh btw those pictures of that baby snail is about the size of the head of a pin. When I put it back in the tank ..my fish thought it was food and almost ate the baby snail..I was like Noo! DON'T eat it! luckly they spat the poor baby snail out.
