Here in South Africa buying additives is SUPER expensive.

Can anybody help me with the raw materials needed to make up some of the more common additives. For example:

Magnesum (sp)
Calcium
Strotinium (sp)
Iodine

and any others.
I can get almost any of chemical thanks to my dad who knows a bunch of chemcial engineers and those kinds of people. Your help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Magnessium can be obtained from epsom salts (Magnesium Sulfate - MgSO4 )
Calcuim from Lime (Calcium Hydroxide - Ca(OH)2 )

Iodine should be available from most pharmacies or even camping supply stores as a water purification tablet.

Strontium, well someone else will hopefully be able to help you out with that one.
