Any fish breeders in central Fl?

I live in Lakeland Fl and I am beginning to start my research on breeding marine fishes. Is there anyone that lives in the central Fl area that currently has a set up? I would love to pick your brain and talk to someone who has successfully bred fish here locally!

There is a guy in Orlando who raises clownfish. I've heard his set up is pretty impressive. I don't know how to contact him other than asking on the ORCA forum.
