any acrylic owners...?

Hello I am interested in dealing with scratches that form on my tank inside and out. Its seems they are inevitable when cleaning the tank. Ive tried magnets, brushes and scrapers but they steadily seem to be getting worse. I have gotten some scratch removal kits but what a pain. I was curious if anyone knows of another process to remove scratches that maybe easier? Anything on treating the whole face of the tank at once? My acrylic is 1/2"

Also I would be interested in cleaning techniques especially close to the sand.....

we have a 90 gallon acrylic tank that we are trying to sell and it was terribly scratched. Used Novus 3 stage acrylic scratch remover and a car buffer to try and fix the issue. 1st used the deep scratch remover and worked our way down to fine scratch remover etc.. I'm not sure it actually removes the scratches but it definitely makes them less noticeable. I hope this helps and good luck..
