Another Crab ID

Anyone know this one?

Its still small so been difficult to get a good pic at the moment

It has white & black striped legs....

It is sitting in the hole in the pic

Seems like most peoples hitch hiker crabs are less than friendly. If you can catch it now while small and get it out it might be a lot easier than when he grows and get VERY VERY hard to catch. Good luck!

Well got him out the tank & managed to take some better pics

Anyone know the species etc.. Its got some nasty teeth!!!

not sure either but if you look at his right claw,its the dominant one and well i wouldnt leave him in my reef,id dump him in the fuge too
 
Yeah, with those pointed claws, he doesn't exactly strike me as being reef safe. Put him in the fuge or just get rid of him all together. If you have other inverts in your fuge, he might very well decimate them.

That is one of the Hariy craps, Pilumnidae and more than liley, Pilumnus sp, like Pilumnus hirtellus. Not good for reef tanks usually
