Albino?

I purchased twenty blue legs on Saturday and today I noticed this guy. Is it an albino?

I've never heard of an albino blue leg, although I suppose it's possible for there to be an albino of any species. Maybe some other species got mixed in your batch by accident- hopefully someone else can ID this guy for you.
