The "better deals" was referring to the market.

Columbus and Cincinnati are much larger than Chillicothe.
The store in Chillicote knows that he has the market there... thus he raises his prices. $60 for a Ocellaris Clown. ? $90 for a 3" crocea clam. ?
$90 for a bucket of Oceanic salt. ?

I reckon we'all in southern Ohia are igits and should pay that much.
