I'm not sure who it is with the actinic but URI was one. Most of their lamps under a marketing name are many. Many of those companies that advertise Triphosphor are LSI. It was LSI that developed that technology. All of the those that advertise or have a built in reflector are LSI. It is almost like a trade mark of theirs. Any aquarium company or ones that specializes in aquarium lamps with their name on it are LSI
