Contest Entry D

This is a Ctenochaetus strigosus or Yellow Eyed Kole Tang from the reefs near the Hawaiian islands. They grow to 7" in the aquarium and have a large mouth with bristle teeth that is suited for picking fine green algae from hard surfaces. They are fabulous glass and LR cleaners in the home acquarium. Very active swimmers with beautiful purple vevet features accented with yellow eyes and fin fringes, make this a most desirable fish for reefs of 75 gallons or larger. Gets along well in a placid reef fish community. One of my favorite fish!
