If the bulkhead needed to be forcefully pushed into the hole, that would be a possibility. All the same, there's no such thing as a coincidence, so something's going on here. Maybe Amy secretly only likes larger tanks? If you want to repair the one that broke, have the glass shop recut a pannel and drill the hole themselves. Then you just have to do a switcheroo.

Either way, that sucks.
