I don't think that you have too many choices when it comes to the 150W mogul bulbs. They are usually 175W or higher. I use the DE MH bulbs. IMO, Marine Depot is a great place for dry goods. Also, there are a lot of sponsors that could help you with the bulbs.

This is from Marine Depot, it is only a 6500K bulb. Everything else is 175watt and up
