Will my clowns stop breeding?

I am looking to get some more intense lighting for my 30 gallon tank where my two clowns have just laid their first batch of eggs. Also I am looking to redo my rock work and make some pretty big changes. How likely is it that these changes will disrupt their breeding? Right now I have a flower pot in the tank which they have laid the eggs on, should I just not redo the rock work or should I just find a way to work the flower pot into the new rock work. I can live without redoing the rock work (although I would like to redo it) but the lighting is important. Thanks.

The clowns are gonna do what the clowns are gonna do.. get the lighting and see.. the rockwork however are gonna make them think they are in a different tank, so that may have an effect for a bit

if you wanna hatch the eggs you need to remove them anyway I believe.. Woodstock is the person to as about that
