What eats these?

I have these everywhere. What eats them? Would a matted filefish eat them?

That's a good article, as usual, very informative .

I have these same worms taking over my sump inlet. Sadly I scrape them off the glass and heaters, and vacuum them out.

Those are feather duster worms. They are usually a good thing to have. You generally don't want to remove them unless they are on critical equipment.

It's usually not a good idea to try to add anything to eat them. Most things that will eat them will also eat other corals too, and fish, like kids, will eat the most favorite food first and work down the list to the least favorite.
