Trans-Country shipping?

i frequent the bahamas often and i'm impressed by the fish there. My question is, if i get my collecting license, will i need a special license to bring the fish back and forth since the bahamas are a different country? The Coast Guard cutters are ALWAYS cruising around the islands, so it's probly a big deal to have the proper licensing!

These would be on addition to whatever requirements are in place for non-native residents of the Bahamas too. You'd probably need licenses there as well, since its their waters.
