I was concerned about the rate of development compared to my work with Mandarins. With Mandarins 12-14 hours post spawn they would be in the pro-larvae stage.

Here is a pic of Ocellatus egg 17 hours post spawn. At first I attributed the slow development to lower temps.

I managed to capture their second documented spawn on video.

at Midnight 11-19-09 no definative change in eggs appearance.

To my supprise this morning approximatly 34 hours post spawn. Eggs appear to have either rushed through or skipped prolarvae stage alltogether. Notice Eye development has allready taken place.

I estimate there are currently approximatly 100 larvae in my small hatching container. Unfortunatly I do not have any rotifer culture going at the moment. I do have a Copopod culture going though so I will try and seive some naups for first food to atleast give them a fighting chance. Either way atleast we get some good pics out of it. :p

No Secrets. Heck I couldn't even tell you the last time I tested my parameters. Thanks for the compliment though.
