If you still have the other hardware you could set it up as a photo server and load it up with HDs... try and keep them local. wont really help Performance but if the other photoservers go down it wont bog down RS. and its another cause for more donations.

Good idea, but we use managed dedicated servers though a hosting company, so the hardware was replaced with the new server.

We do have more disk space available so I can look into raising the limits.
