For the past several years I've just been mixing my s-part dry additives into a cup of RO/DI water and dumping into my sump. I finally have two dosing pumps and am ready to hook them up. I am currently using 5tsp of each baked baking soda and 5tsp of BRS's CA additive. How do I calculate what will dissolve in a 5g bucket of RO water and how much of that I must dispense?
All the calculators I seem to find are just from getting your tank from point a to point b, not converting like I'm looking to do.
