Well I am not sure what I will be doing now.......Little to no interest in the MAX here in my area and to costly to try and ship. I was also selling my JBJ 12g Deluxe Nano and looks like I have that sold.
Maybe I will do as some suggested just take the setup down and when I have more time and money set it back up.

I assume your tried the craigslist route as well? That seems to be especially effective in my area. I remember a number of years ago I sold my FOWLR setup so cheap that someone drove up from Kentucky to pick it up.

for what it is worth the lease that you are in is more to protect you than the owner/landlord. If you need out of a lease it is sometimes as easy as just giving notice.
As for your wife moving out. You mentioned that things are more peaceful now. So it sounds like it was a good thing?
