Refugium stock

I'm getting ready to install a small refugium to my tank in hopes that it will populate enough Copepoda for a mandarin. Any suggestions where I would get the livestock for it?

Is there anywhere I can buy bristleworms and such things or should I mostly stock macro algae and pods?
