RBTA Trouble

So my RBTA is loosing color and bubbles. All parameters are good. Here is a video of it one day and the next day:

Any idea what is happening? My first RBTA

Lighting: 4 x 54W T5 (10,000K x 2 & 2 36W 20kK LED spots), 65 gallon tank, chiller, Vortech, 2 X HOB skimmers no sump, 15%/Week WC.

Is it moving around? How long did you acclimate? Did you dip it? How big is the tank and what else is in it?

Not much moving. It scooted up the rock I set in on a bit and seems content there for now.

Acclimated 3 hours
Did not dip it
The tank is 65 gallons.
There is close to 200 lbs rock (~1/3 V/V L.R. from old breakdown of larger tank).
There are 4 fish: A Cinnamon Clown, a Flame Angel, an Algae Blenny and a Filefish. Oh, and a pincushion urchin. Tank is a couple years now in this config

Do anemones thrive on Iodide like some soft corals?

anemones are nothing but heart break. They are, at times, the most pitiful looking things. Yours in video look fine to me. Good reading @ karens rose anemones,
