Raising Alkalinity With Baking Soda?

Does anyone know the dosage formula for using baking soda to raise alkalinity?

Usually Low alkalinity or high co2. High co2 can come from inadequate water flow/gas exchange, overcrowding, cycling tank, or from indoor co2 problems. My house has all gas appliances so I am constantly having to flush the house with fresh (low co2) air by opening several windows.
