Need help with my RBTA!!

I have a RBTA that I received from a good friend. The anemone looks great and health during the day but later in the day when the main lights turn off and the actinic lights turn on the anemone seems to get stressed. It slowly shrivels up to nothing and then gradually opens back up by mid morning. The tank it came out of has MH bulbs and rarely had the actinic lights on. My tank is running T5 HO lights (10,000K during the day and 420/460's in the morning and night with some overlap) I have had the anemone for a little over a week now and it is eating great and all the water paramiters are fine, only a slight trace of Nitrate <5 ppm. The anemone has not moved at all while I have had it so I think the location is fine. Im not sure if the lighting differance is what is stressing it or if it could be something else.

Any help would be great!!

It is probably just getting used to the changes in lighting. Mine did that, but it was the other way around. It came from a tank with T5's and my tank has MH lighting.
