I've tried lionfish.

Very good, just like any other snapper.

The work to get them isn't hard at all. I go spearfishing, and they sit still and stare you down until they're skewered.

All of the 200 fish captured were used for research and consumed at local restaurants.

That's amazing there are so many in one area. You hate to aim to destroy a species but they destroy so much. At least they are eating them

They are reeking so much havoc out there.
I was cringing a little seeing them stuffed into that long unit the diver was carrying. If they are going to die, I'd like to not see them suffer prior to dying.
