Lazy montipora

Hi all i have this coral frag in my 130 which seems too lazy to grow arms lol as you can see it/he/she is growing onto my rock. I am not too bothered by this (should i be?) but i would like it to branch a bit more any ideas?

I think thats how they grow. I have heard they incrust 1st then will start growing limbs. just something I read but hey its growiing so thats good

Most SPS encrust first to get a good hold on the rock and start growing their branches later.
