Garlic and my seahorse

Hello, i´d being reading about not eating seahorses, well, mine hasnt eat in about 2 days, he wasnt moving until yesterday.. im worried i dont know if garlic is bad for him?

I have personal experience but according to this post, it won't hurt them at all and may encourage them to eat.
