What is it attached to? I had a favia that was on a small flat rock. I dremeled the backside of it, then used a flathead screwdriver to crack it the rest of the way. I wanted to be gentle and cut the flesh with a razor, but as soon as I tapped it with the screwdriver it just fell into two pieces. Both pieces survived and did fine though. You can also cut it with a wet tile saw.
