Back in August I bought a pre-wired 2X96watt pc ballast from inreef.com. A few weeks ago, the ballast stopped firing one of the bulbs. After seeing all of the posts on RS about his great customer service, I emailed Joe to see what he could do. His answer was:

"Just ship it back with a copy of this e-mail and your shipping address,
and I will take care of it."

I got my ballast back today and it works perfectly. Just wanted to say thanks to Joe at inreef.com and let everyone know that he truly does have great service. A wonderful sponsor to have here at ReefSanctuary!
