If anyone wants a good deal on a brand new Aqua C Remora skimmer with maxijet 1200 let me know. I will give you a real good deal. The skimmer doesn't realy work with the lighting I have. They are in the way of each other. That is why I am selling.

Ok, my 20" sunpod and my remora 1200 skimmer came in the mail today. I am going to install them both tomorrow. Are there any precautions I need to be aware of before I make the swap. It seems to easy, like I am forgetting something. They will be going onto a 29 gallon biocube.

Im going topless on my biocube and I am having a hard time deciding on lighting. Its between the 20 inch Sunpod 150 Watt, or the JBJ K-2 Viper HQI 150 Watt with 14K lamp. Any recommendations????? I am aware that th JBJ K-2 Viper lacks any leds, blue light. I am ok with that.

Does anyone have any pics of cyano, or could someone explain to me what it may look like and what it is? Im guessing it is some form of algae. My reef book does not have anything on this subject. The dictionary explains it as a combination of dark blue and black colors. Thanks.
