hey does pvc pipe go by id or od? i am planing on drilling my tank for 1 inch bulkheads and everywhere says 1 3/4 hole, so thats the hole saw i got. seems big to me so i am guessing pvc goes by id? if so what is the od diameter on 1 inch pvc? oh also what clearance does a durso standpipe need...
