Seahorse May have GBD..?

I have two juvenile tigertails(Ora CB). I woke up to one of them hitched to the Gargonia but limped to the side. And now he’s on the bottom of the bed laying flat. When he tries swimming his body is limped to the side. I’m assuming it’s GBD, but I would prefer not to puncture as he’s relatively small. Any suggestions?

Diamox is the best medication to keep on hand for treating gas bubble disease, and an insulin syringe with a 26-gauge needle can be used to release excess gas from a male's pouch.

There are two experts over on R2R (Seahorsekeeper and vlangel) who might have some other suggestions.
