Not bad, but I have seen better in a MUCH shorter period of time of course. I can't believe the seams have held together for that long though. That's the real feat IMO.

I change mine out every four weeks too. I do however give it a quick rinse under the faucet every 10 days or so to remove any detritus that may have accumulated in the mesh bag.

I'd go for it... While 34 gallons is not ideal, it can work. With those clownfish you might be maxed out though. Maybe one or two more small fish and that's it. If those clownfish ever pair up and spawn this might throw a wrench into the mix too. Something might have to go. GL.

What is your alkalinity right now? If everything looks great then perhaps that alkalinity is right where it should be. Whatever your doing seems to be working. ;)
