I used the QO3000 on my 75 with the standard AGA Megaflow kit and had great results. I had to slightly throttle it back, so I would think the 90 would work well!
I would use overflows that go from the bottom of the tank to the water level at the top (just like every other AGA, Oceanic, Perfecto, etc... tank) This way you don't see the plumbing!
