I used to have a Fluval canister and had a similar issue. Check your hoses. Mine had a pinhole in the hose where a bent was. The Fluval used a ribbed hose and mine had a small hose that sucked air in and caused bubbles. Also check the gasket on the canister. Those rubber o-rings do go bad also...
I hope you didn't think I meant anything by my post. I love this forum and have gotten a lot of information from it and love the education I'm getting. I just wanted to see where they lived just in case they wanted to be in a local club also.
