    Which substrate is best for my refugium... CC, LS, or bare bottom ?

    Im just adding a refugium to my 90 gallon FOWLR system.....I have some grape caulerpa I'm wanting to put in it....Which substrate is best to use...Crushed coral, live sand , or bare bottom ? any suggestions would br greatly appreciated !!! Thanks !
