I want to get a magazine subscription to a reef/fish keeping magazine, but I'm not sure which mag. Does anybody have any suggestions on which magazine to get?
Thanks

i used to get aquarium fish, but there just wasn't enough in it of interest to me to justify the subscription. i'm not sure about any other printed magazines... i do read the online reef keeping magazines every now and then (reef keeping online, advanced aquarist)

I've been getting "Aquarium Fish" magazine for a couple years now (covers both FW & SW).
It's not bad, but seems to lean a bit more toward FW/Cichlids than it does SW.

One of my favorite magazines is the "Marine & Fish USA Annual" . However, as the name implies, it is an annual publication.

I subscribe to FAMA...

It is pretty decent and seems to cover FW and SW in equal proportions.

Take er easy

At MACNA there was a German magazine being advertised that was going to be available end of year in English. iT looked top notch.

Anybody out there remember the name and subscription information. I can't locate it.

I like TFH best, they cover some more advanced subjects along with the usual "ABC's of filtration" beginner stuff.

edit: That's Tropical Fish Hobbyist. :)
